Before you come in

Where do your rates come from?

We start from the xe.com mid-market rate and add a small margin on each side. That margin is the difference between "we buy" and "we sell" on the board.

What do I need to exchange or send money?

A valid passport or national ID. For larger amounts we also ask for the source of funds, as required by law.

Can I lock today's rate?

Transfers lock the rate when you pay. For cash, call a branch and we will hold the amount for the day.

Is there a limit?

Limits depend on the payout method and on regulation. Ask at a branch or use the contact form for large transfers.
